Odd but when I was online sending my question I clicked on Cura and it started. Does it require an active connection on first start up? Anyway worked for me.

Sorry if this is covered elsewhere and I missed it, very new to all this. Is Cura 3.1 for windows 10 only? I was upgrading from 14.07 to get the fan on off at various stages. PC is windows 7 home premium 64bit edition.
