oops, it turn out i've solved it, i was printing to fast.

Hi, Would anyone be able to tell me what settings need to be modified in Cura in order to sort out these features in the photo. Towards the top you can see gaps in the print as if no filament was extruded for the walls. Also how do i sort out the rough surface?
