Same issue. Cura 4.8.0.

I'm using Cura 4.8.0. I opened a file in the prepare screen but I am no able to rotate or reposition the model. I right click and select the modeling the red, green & blue positioning arrows appear however when I click to drag them they disappear. This happens on all models.
