I've recently recieved an old Anet A8 3D printer from a friend, and I have calibrated it using an old version of the Ultimaker Cura software (v14.07). I have recently upgraded to the version 5.0.0 of Cura Ultimaker, and I wanted to start printing using the latest versions.
I'm attempting to print a Benhcy Boat, and while most of my setup appears to be working, something quite important that I noticed is the fact that whenever the printer prints the zig-zag infill structures, the extruder always moves very fast, regardless of what speed I set the "Speed" or "Infill Speed" settings to in Cura Ultimaker. Because of the infill being extruded that fast, my Benhcy Boat would usually have messed up walls, as the extruder would be moving too fast.
I was wondering whether I am looking at the correct place to change the infill extruder speed, and whether there is something else that I could do to slow down the infill speed.
Thank you in advance for reading my post, any help is appreciated!
