I just tried it in PrusaSlicer and it was about the same, so it's probably the model I guess.

I saw another user having the same problem on Reddit. So I tried it with a similar model from Cults3D and also had a missing layer problem. https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/game/kobold-wizard-tabletop-miniature-m3dm I checked it with the Mesh Tools plugin and it not report any problems with the model.
