I am having a similar issue. Even before using meshtools, having multiple (10-20) small models loaded causes 2-3sec input delays. Massive issues with slicing large models. Cura will run up to 100% CPU usage, then drop down to 5% and sit there for 30-45 minutes on one model. Took it over 3 hours to finally slice. Sliced the same model with Orca in <15min. Definitely a massive hole somewhere in the resource allocations of this program. Running a 13900KS with 64GB DDR5 and and RTX 4080 (no built in gfx) Win 11 current build as of this post date. Have tried all of the suggestions in this thread no to avail.
