Hi guys,

A part I've successfully printed before suddenly started to fail due to overlapping (see images) - does anyone know why this could be? Checked the prints by printing an Ultimaker robot which printed correctly, then resaved the STL and GCode files and the same problem still occurred.

Could the file suddenly become corrupt? Used SolidWorks 2015 to design the part and as mentioned before had printed it fine previously.
