Hi zusammen,

wir suchen am Standort Hannover ab sofort Kollegen für den technischen Support.

Eure Aufgaben würden folgende Tätigkeiten umfassen:

- 1st und 2nd Level Support von 3D-Druckern

- Reparatur von Ultimaker 3D-Druckern

- Abwicklung von Garantiefällen

- technische Kundenberatung

- Durchführung von Tests an neuen Produkten (Filament, Drucker, Scanner)

- Durchführung von Testdrucken für Kunden

Ihr solltet folgende Eigenschaften, bzw. Kenntnisse haben:

- sehr gutes technisches Verständnis

- Erfahrung mit 3D-Druckern

- gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

- Zuverlässigkeit

- Spaß an der Arbeit in einem jungen, dynamischen Team

- Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
