Crackling sound from stepper motor

Hello, so i got this printer for work. I noticed that my printer does alot of sound compared to ohter UM2-s

Anyway i think it hasnt got any maintence for a while. I changed the nozzle setup, so that is fine. But about the noise. I figured it comes from the right back motor. I loosend the belt and the sound dissapeard when i moved it by hand(the motor was moving). From that i thought when the motor gets a bit of preassure it starts crackling. Should i buy new sets of belts and replace the motor? And if so can somebody link me some good motor.

should i replace the belts aswell?

Also the fan is making hell of a lot noise.
