Something is blocking the filament.
Nothing comes out?
I recommend cutting the filament in a pointy end when inserting material, it will help it enter the teflon coupler.
You can also give it a push by hand to help it.
If nothing comes out you also might have a clogged nozzle, clean it with the atomic method
