Posted · Trouble with connection between pc and 3d printer

I bought a 3d printer prusa mendel i3, after I built it during first print in setting maching I selected the serial port (COM3) for my machine and baudrate 115200, but when I push print button it appears ´opening serial port` and suddenly appears the word ´closed`. What can I do?
