Hi folks,
after reading some threads, I've found the solution:
The problem with pythonw.exe caused from the AMD driver software. There was an additional "free" program and I 've forgotten to uncheck the checkbox. So I've got the unwanted software including "play tv".
Uninstalling this "f"- software solved the problem!
