Adjust x-y-z Axis by move head

Hello , I'd egerne move the print head by software e.g. 100 in the X direction and then measure the result . Arguably, this should be possible , but I am suffering rfinmde to any information . Goes with Cura when the USB connection is established ?

That the land position should make it easier and quicker than ever to print a cube measure the cube and print again.

Does anyone know of a tip to the head of UM2Ex + via software controlled to move directly ?

Use Printrun/Pronterface it will connect by usb to the machine and allows you to 'talk' to it directly.
