Hello. I am writing for asking about my 3D printer problem. I bought Ultimaker 2 Extended+ and I have used it for about 3 weeks. Recently the printing quality is not good like warping, so I tried to solve this problem recently. I think the problem was may occurred by bad align, so I selected "Maintenance" and then "Build Plate" to align again (I followed the manual "to level the build plate"), but there was an unexpected problem. When I set up this machine first time, the plate fully went up near the nozzle like a manual, but yesterday the plate did not fully rise. It is too far to approach the plate to the nozzle by rotating the button. I attached some photos that I took. How can I solve this problem? Please let me know the solutions.
