Cura and printer not working

I have a Gmax 1.5+ and when i try to slice something on Cura and then print it, the print starts but the print head drives its self into the bed pushing filament into it. ruining my heated bed. they cost $300, how can i fix this and not ruin my bed. i'm a beginner to 3D printing. thanks :)
