Posted · ultimaker org doesnt start

hello my UM 1 does not start when i puch the switch..al is dark,

but when i hook up my usb connection, the display lights up and fan, cooling arduino works ..

is that a power issiue ? i did chance the power suply but it doesnt change

a shortcut somewere ?
