First layer doesn't stick to the plate

I have an ultimaker 2+

The first prints were OK but suddenly every print is going wrong after a few layers (sometimes even the first). The PLA doesn't seem to stick to the plate. Causing the layers to be moved around by the printhead.

I've tried to calibrate the plate (several times) but the problem keeps occuring.

Any idea's?

it could be that the nozzle is partially blocked. Check out this guide to clear the nozzle:
