UM2 won't start

Hello everyone,

I have an UM2 that shot down during printing and won't start. Table and nozzle freezed at printing position.

I tried disconnecting electricity and try again but it is not recieving any power as long as i see

What may happened in your idea?

It could be that the board or the power brick died or a connection is loose or broken. You could turn off the printer, flip it to the side and take the board cover at the bottom off to see if there is something.

And as stupid as it might sound - change the power cable too.

If nothing helps, you should contact your reseller.
