UM white ABS for juice/glue/slurry?

Is the Ultimaker brand white ABS good for making ABS juice and glue? Mine has been "soaking" for 3 days, and very little has dissolved.

My juice might work ok (it is the consistency of watered down skim milk) but the juice is the consistency of plain skim milk--no way could it be used for glue. They both have a lot of ABS still floating around.

I bought the acetone from Home Depot. I used ABS scraps--some thicker than others, but a lot was the thin plate adhesion layer, and that hasn't completely dissolved, either.

Do I need a different acetone? Or does UM white ABS not make good juice/glue/slurry?
