UM3 : infinite button bug

Hello,

Everytime I use one of my 3 Ultimaker 3, every time I have a bug :

Can you tell me which firmware version?

And if possible, it would help to get a dump of the log files.

The firmware is the latest. The bug appears after a print fail (Ultimaker 3 gcode in Cura instead of Ultimaker 3 Extended). This should be managed without rebooting the UM3.
