How to save print profile settings in a project

So I'm running 2.6.2, and have a few parts that have different print profile settings. For simplicity sake, let's just say one prints at .05 layer height and the second .1. When I save a project and later re-open it, it does not bring in the profile settings I had set-up for that part.

Is there any way to save those settings so I don't have to remember between models the settings used?

Thanks,

Don
