Extruder Fan Always ON

Hi advanced members.

I am a newbie, I have my ultimaker now for couple of weeks. One day i noticed the extruder fan is always turned on, usualy i can control the fan from ulticontroller (Temperature > FAN) but now i can't.

I still can print without any problem, but i checked the voltage. it's 19 Volts (for 12 v fan)

Sould i worry about this? is there any trouble with the board?

Most likely it's a problem with the darlington transistor on the board. It's near the fan connector and when it breaks the fan is always on or always off.
