Cura 13.06: support is smaller then the object

Hi Folks!

With Cura 13.06 / I have a problem that support structure is slightly smaller then the object it is supposed to support, please see here:

This is how Cura 13.03 did it, support structure is either alligned with object or even wider:

This is Cura 13.06, support structure is smaller then the model and leaves outer wall in the air, this causes bad prints:

How can I address this issue?
