Hello,

I have serious trouble with a new ultimaker:

The Ultimaker was bought two or three month ago but only used six short times for test printings of adjustable z-axis-mounting and -axis-caps. That worked quite fine.

Today I wanted to do the first bigger printing job for a mold part. After about 1 3/4 hour printing this happend:

- temperature went down to 162 and than 156 degrees

- printhead continud to move the shape but no more material flow

- smoke blowing out at the print head

I stoped printing process and turned ultimaker off. Now, when restarting the printer this happens:

- turns on normal, controller appears normal

- controller shows 48/0 degreees a moment, than 18/0

- After selecting a print file controller shows "heating" on the bottom line

- in the first line controller jumps from 18/0 to 19/0 and remains

- After about 1/2 to 1 minute the controller collapses and reacts no more, while showing psychodallic orange glow behind the letters and no reaction any more.

Thank you for any solution or idea ...

Arne
