cant get rid of the skirt despite all of the adh parameter are off

I checked if moving the models down until they were only about 5mms high would change Cura´s opinion regarding the One at a time -printing volume, but it didn´t.. It should´ve, right? maybe CUra is not updating the max height calculations but even if I have originally 15mms-high models Cura won´t accept their proximity.. Is it overcautious?
