The front belt looks loose on the bottom but is tight on top.  It prints well like it is so I have chosen not to adjust it. At some point you might want to make this adjustment or replace the belt.

Gotta love Ultimaker. I easily made the adjustment. Here is a video of the one I am selling before and after adjustment.
