Cura 4.4.1 unable to print thin walls

I was using Cura 4.2.1 and a Ender 3 pro printer.
As I often print small items I need to print thin walls. The thinnest wall I could print was 0.45 mm.

After I installed Cura 4.4.0 and later Cura 4.4.1 I was unable to print these thin walls.
Even when the design had a 0.5 mm wall, the thickness of the print was around 0.75 mm.

Going back to Cura 4.2.1 and the print was again 0.5 mm.

Is there a new setting/adjustment on Cura 4.4.1 I am missing?
