I started to have that problem in the same exact moment. Unfortunately, I can't manage to fix it because my thermistor broke and I'm waiting for a replacement... The few attempts I made was just about changing wall thickness (I used 3 walls and situation started to became a little better), but there were still some imperfections... If you achieve some results, post your config please!!! I will do the same when a new thermistor will come

I fixed my printer yesterday. When I opened Cura, a new update to 4.6 was available and so I tried to update it. It SEEMS that the problem has been fixed! Just try to update
I spent some time on 4.5 changing wall thickness and as long as things were solid it didn't do. Updated to 4.6 and works like a champ with default settings again. Happy Printing!!

Have you found a solution to this? I also have run into the same issue. The infill pattern is being printed through the outside layers of any model I have tried. It started once i downloaded 4.5 update last month. Previous versions of Cura had super smooth outer layers.
