Slicer Setup For wiping and heating

I haven't been able to find what I'm looking for searching, I'm open to suggestions for keywords to search for.

1.) I would like to do a straight line wipe before printing.  The skirt is great for priming, but my printer tends to get some dingle berries on the nozzle and they come off in the skirt (best case) or in the print area (worst case).  If I could do a straight line prime outside the print area, the dingle berries would come off there instead (hopefully).  Is this a setting in Cura?

2.) To minimize these dingle berries, I would like to home and position the nozzle outside the print area before heating.  How can I set Cura to do the printer start G-code before heating the nozzles? (without manually setting the g-code, preferably)

Thanks.
