Cant connect to 3d printer on network and blue screen

Hi , im new here and wanted to try the cura software for my printer. Its a monoprice mp voxel which according to them works with cura.  Unfortunatley if i enter my ip it doesnt find the printer. I have no issues finding it with the monoprice softare.  have tried both wireless and wired. 

Secondly has anyone had blue screen crashes after using it?

i use a razerblade pro 17

rtx 2070 max q

intel 17 950h

16gb ram

fairy  new laptop only got it in November.

Uh, you would have to contact monoprice. By default Cura doesn't have the capability to connect with their printers.
