il problema lo riscontro solo con Cura ... la stampa e perfetta ... devo dire che anche fra le pareti interni e perfetta ... stampando a 0.28 ... dopo gli aggiornamenti di Cura ho questi problemi.

Stampare a 0.28 potrebbe essere troppo per un ugello da 0.4mm. Prova a stampare con il profilo fast 0.2 e potresti ottenere un risultato migliore

ti consiglierei di verificare che l'estrusore sia pulito, in quanto potrebbe trattarsi anche di leggera sottoestrusione.
Un'altra cosa da controllare è che lo spessore delle pareti della scatola sia un multiplo del diametro dell'ugello (0,8mm in questo caso), perchè se fosse 1mm, l'estrusore potrebbe non riempire lo spazio tra le 2 pareti. Altrimenti potresti provare ad aumentare il parametro "Skin Overlap Percentage".
