Why Cura is so bad a predicting printing time if there's more than one object on the plate?

The latest versions of Cura improved a lot estimating printing time.

But, is the opposite when you have more than one object on the plate.

I'm currently printing 2 objects at the same time. The estimated printing time of CURA was 4 hours and 40 minutes. It took 5 hours and 20 minutes.

I've also noticed that the longer it takes to bigger the deviation.

Why is this happening and how could be improved ?
