Support touching the walls

Hello.

 

Every time i print my model my support affects the original printing as you can see in my picture. I have tried multiple settings as Support Distance, but nothing seems to work. 

 

In addition I wonder if someone could help me with not having support built of the outside of the 3d model as there is no need to at all

The Support Material I use (Extruder 2) is PVA, and for Extruder one (print material) I use PLA
