Cura starts a few times, then nothing

This happens across a few different versions of cura, so I have no idea what's going on here.  For what it matters, Windows 10 64bit, Cura 4.6.1

 

I'll install a new version of Cura, it'll work 2-3 times, then it quits working.  Starting Cura appears to go through the startup but eventually I get the main Cura screen but it's completely white and Windows 10 says "Not Responding".  If a new version of Cura happens to come out it may or may not work.  Rebooting doesn't change anything.
