Retraction Settings, where are the right ones?

Posted · Retraction Settings, where are the right ones?

Hello, I am using CURA 4.6.2, I found Retraction settings in "Materials" on the "Print settings" tab -> "Retraction distance", I also found them in "Print settings" -> "Travel" -> "Retraction distance". They are not the same and I can change them indipendently.

 

Are the ones overwritten by the others? Where is the right place to change them?

 

Thanks in advance!

 

P.S.: Yes I am quite new to all this.
