cura won't work on raise 3D N2 plus

Hello. I want to use CURA for my Raise 3D N2 plus but i cant get it to work. when i load the file in the printer, the nozzles and bed heat up to the right temperature but then it just stays there.

I tried Wafflehuntr's solution from this thread 

 It still did the exact same thing and i'm not sure if i had the same problem as they had. I've seen that people have used cura on raise 3D printer so i know it's possible, i just couldn't figure out how.

i want to use Cura too and have the same problem, no one knows a solution?
