Posted · Download problems with Cura 4.7.1

I have loaded and reloaded 4.7.1 three times. It will load, one time, from the download. But when I subsequently try to load from my desktop icon it reports "cannot find- python35.dll reloading may solve this problem"

However it does not. Newbie so apologies if this has been answered elswhere.
