nozzle for large diameter 8-10 mm printing, extruding a pipe not a sausage

For large objects, like statues https://klean.nl/plastic-madonna/, you would like to print with a large diameter nozzle, say 10 mm.

Who knows of nozzles/has experience with nozzles extruding a pipe of say 10 mm and a wall thickness of 2.

Apart from material savings, it migth be that the solidification of the model is faster in congested detailed areas.

Distorsion to an ellips is acceptable. Of course some misleading of the slicer configuration has to be done.
