Problem z screw

Hi,im italian,sorry for my bad englis...

im want make one ultimaler in these day,im look on ebay for buy the more parts for make my machine,im work with lathe,cnc mill,and for me il possible use a M12 standard for make the Z screw,is possible on software setting if is a M12x1.75 or M12 x 3 or othe measure ??

is possible for you hlp me for make the more parts,i have the draw,but on that is not present all measurements,for example,the item number 1027-A1P-A is not present the external diameter,im think 16 but im not sure...

in the peek item,im not look all diameter ...

and the pulley,im not look how many teeth they have 12 ?? 16 ??
