Posted · Double extruder heads and replicator G

Hi,

Some us are putting together a 3d printer and we are using double extruder heads. However, We can't get the replicator G to recognize one of the extruder heads and we are not sure what is going on. Can someone please help? We have replicator g 0027, firmwire 3.0, mk7.
