Any possibility to display the currently printed layer

Posted · Any possibility to display the currently printed layer

Hi all,

I'm using Cura 5.1 for printing at an Anycubic i3 Mega S.

In the "monitor-screen" Cura shows the extimated printing time and the estimated time that is left.

I think it would be helpfull to know what layer is printed at the moment (or how many layers are finished or how many layers are left for finishing the print job)

Is there any extension, tirck or any other way to display this?

Unfortunately, the preview does not work at the same speed as the printer, otherwise it could run at the same time, but unfortunately the preview is much faster than the printer.

Anyone any idea? 🤔

regards

Michael
