Can't edit custom profile print settings 5.2.1 and 5.2.2

Custom print profiles became uneditable in 5.5.1.  They appear grayed out.  Installed 5.5.2 and still grayed out and uneditable.

 

Seems to be very laggy too,

 

Default profiles also uneditable but I guess that's by design.

 

 

Windows 10 Pro

 

Update: Very weird, can edit on my primary laptop monitor but not on my secondary monitor.  Use to work fine on both
