My issue is probably simple but...

 

My issue is I have upgraded Cura to 5.2.2 from previous version and now i can not manipulate the build plate, i uninstalled all the plugins, uninstalled the whole program and reinstalled,  do you guys have any ideas on what could be going on?   my other slicer works just fine and im able to move the build plate etc.
