Enhanced .3mf exporter from FreeCAD to Cura

This only applies to people who use FreeCAD as their model designing software, but it's an enhancement you might find interesting nonetheless!

You know how in Cura you can set 'Per Model Settings' on your models before you slice them?.

Wouldn't it be nice if you could apply those Per Model Settings to your models in your designing software instead?.

I don't know if you can do that with other softwares such as Fusion 360, but for FreeCAD at least, I've written just such a script, that exports your models along with Per Model Settings into a .3mf format file.

Where this comes in particularly handy is, lets say your printing a chesspeice, a pawn. If we split it up into 3 peices, we can make the base have 20% infill, the main body 100% infill, cause that's where the strength is needed, and the ball on top can be 15% infill.  This script will actually let you do this, in FreeCAD!  It basically lets you move this functionality OUT of Cura, and IN to the model designing software (where it makes the most sense for this kind of thing to exist!)

At any rate, 'nuff said,  go have a look if interested!  https://github.com/Malendryn/Enhanced-FreeCAD-3mf-Exporter
