Completion time after tuning print speed

When tuning a printer during a print it is possible to tune the print speed. That's done to save time, but it is not clear how much time is saved after tuning. You just slowly see the completion time getting earlier. Isn't it possible to show the completion time based on the current speed instead of the theoretical speed? Or give some feedback about how much time is saved after increasing speed.

User scenario:

The printer can only be serviced during working hours. We do take this into account when preparing the print. But for various reasons this does not always work out the way it was planned. This can be due to material spool switches, failed prints, not clearing the print bed in time etc. These obstacles can be corrected by tuning the printer, but ideally, you'd want to tune the print speed as little as possible.
