Posted · Printer won't "finish" to start another print

Hello,

Printer is Ultimaker S5 I have the 8.2.1 firmware loaded on the printer. We were only using one nozzle to do prints but after we ordered some support filament I worked on getting the dual print head going had some difficulty with finding the right nozzle but all good there. It happens after the print has completed usually it says finishing print and a white bar kinda counts down then it has a button for "confirm removal". I am not seeing the confirm removal so what I have been doing is unplugging the machine replug it then there is the confirm removal button. If anyone has any tips or tricks all help is appreciated.

Thank you.

This sounds like it might be a bug.

Can you please contact UltiMaker support directly? UltiMaker does not provide formal support via the community.

Please also send your machine log files when contacting them (they will just ask for it anyhow)
