It doesn't seem like they give a crap about some printers so you can use Creality Slicer which is an exact copy of Cura but has every creality printer available. If you want to create a new profile in Cura for the M4, here is the defaults from Creality.

I really hope you don't mean UltiMaker in your statement.

Are you aware UltiMaker does not produce -any- of the 3rd party profiles in UltiMaker Cura?
They are submitted by the 3rd party manufacturer in question and if they don't, their users community does.
They then get included in the following UltiMaker releases.

If your upset about a machine missing from UltiMaker Cura, direct your blame to the maker of your 3d printer.

Creality Slicer is their old software which AFAIK hasn't been updated in a while. These days their software is Creality Print (first slicer I've seen with in app purchases!).

Creality Slicer is based on an older version of Cura and the printer definition files are not compatible with current versions of Cura (there's a lot more settings to a printer definition than the ones you can see in that window) but they could be translated by hand if someone wanted to put in the effort.

Creality Print 4.x is based on Cura 5.3 as best as I can tell. You can tell how much effort they put in by the fact that all the printer definitions - including non-Creality printers - from Cura are present in the install folder. It doesn't actually use them mind you, it uses a small group of Creality profiles stored in another folder, in a format different to what Cura uses (because Creality... they have to be different for the sake of different).

Creality Print 5.x is based on OrcaSlicer which is based on Bambu Studio which is based on PrusaSlicer... however seems to have files which imply it can be a front-end for either Orca or Cura? But other than a few configuration files, I can't see anything else to do with Cura in there - nowhere near enough to actually run as a front-end for Cura, maybe CuraEngine, but doesn't seem to actually have the CuraEngine binary. All the printer definition files for other manufacturers' machines  - as well as Creality models which the software won't let you use - are still present (so they're still just as lazy), but again, they have the (few) models it supports in a different folder, although all the configuration files are in the format used by Orca (and possibly its forebearers, I'm not an expert on the Prusa family since I stick to the Cura side of the fence 🙂) so couldn't be transferred over.

Although looking at Creality Print 5.1 (which I hadn't before this investigation) I can't help but laugh at the top of the default plate image for my Ender-3 V3 SE:

I don't know what they're printing or how they're printing it, but I've never had to use glue on my plate (or any other PEI plate I've used).

    Slightly less boring part:

Creality are actually really bad when it comes to saying their printers are compatible with other slicers. The manual for my E3V3SE (which I got shortly after release since my E3 V2 Neo had an fatal meeting with some shoddy filament) says Cura is supported. This was literally six months before a profile for the E3V3SE got added to Cura (I wrote my own). And Creality don't even contribute printer definitions to Cura, so how the hell can they say it's supported?
