Using of 0.8 or 0.25 cores leads to Error 999

Posted · Using of 0.8 or 0.25 cores leads to Error 999

While I was trying to use brand new 0.8 or 0.25 cores on the second head, the printer were showing error 999 asking for reboot. I have figured out that the source of the issue is that the printhead is missing the head switching bay even after calibration. 

 

here is a question if somebody successfully used two cores with different diameter.
