Cura Improvement Suggestions

I do not know if this is the right place to suggest improvements for cura, but I couldn't find anywhere else to post these ideas. If there is a dedicated place to post ideas, please let me know where. 

 

I think that cura should add a setting for small movement detection that will detect how long a print move is and have different settings(speed, jerk, acceleration, ect.) if the move is shorter than a specified distance. This will make it able to print faster for bigger moves but do slower less jerky moves for small, high detail moves all within the same part.
