Bonjour tout le monde !
C'est ma première fois ici, et après avoir fait pas mal de recherches sans avoir trouver de solutions, je me tourne vers vous.

J'ai un problème avec ma Kobra Neo.
Le nivellement automatique fonctionnais bien, puis d'un coup, j'ai commencer a avoir un problème qui maintenant reviens de plus en plus souvent.
La machine fait quelques points, puis d'un coup ne capte plus le plateau et écrase la buse contre le plateau de toute ses forces. La première fois que ça m'est arriver c'est en testant de faire des impressions ABS, j'avais réussi a régler le problème en baissant la température du plateau a 60° le temps du nivellement, visiblement certains capteur sont trop sensible a la chaleur. Mais là, le problème reviens sur du PLA, plateau a 60°.
J'ai essayer avec un plateau a 50, 45, 40° mais rien n'y fait, ça ne marche pas.

Alors j'suis perdu, pourquoi mon nivellement ne fonctionne plus subitement ?
Un réglage a modifier ? Le capteur a changer ?

        Temperature status. During print preparation, the temperatures of the print cores and build plate will be shown on the display. This gives a better indication of the progress and remaining wait time. Save log files in paused state. It is now possible to save the printer's log files to USB if the currently active print job is paused. Previously, the Dump logs to USB option was only enabled if the printer was in idle state. Confirm print removal via Digital Factory. If the printer is connected to the Digital Factory, it is now possible to confirm the removal of a previous print job via the Digital Factory interface. This is useful in situations where the build plate is clear, but the operator forgot to select Confirm removal on the printer’s display. Visit this page for more information about this feature.
